By creating an account or using LeakDefend, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LeakDefend monitors email addresses against publicly known data breach databases and helps you track your digital subscriptions. The service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee breach detection is exhaustive or real-time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods. If you have a billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@leakdefend.com.
You may only monitor email addresses you own or have explicit authorisation to monitor. You may not use LeakDefend to monitor emails belonging to others without consent, or for any unlawful purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@leakdefend.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakDefend is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to damages from data breaches not detected by the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified by email.
